Training FaciltiesAre there any discounts offered?

    Group discounts are available for Team Camps. Groups of 10 or more receive a $15 discount per camper. If you wish to register as a group, all forms must be submitted together and at the same time.

What is the camp refund policy?

    Refunds (less $150 non-refundable deposit) can be obtained for emergency situations ONLY (i.e. death in family or medical injury). Your deposit of $150 is NON-REFUNDABLE - No Exceptions! All refund requests must be submitted in writing with the name, address, and phone number of the camper. Mail request to Commonwealth Camp, LLC PO Box 400844, Charlottesville, VA 22904.

What forms are required in order for my child to participate?

    Each camper must complete the medical history form, waiver and release form, and provide a copy of current health insurance card.

Training FacilitiesWhen is the remaining balance due?

    Balance must be paid three weeks prior to camp registration.

What if I have a roommate request?

    All roommate requests need to be indicated on the camp application. Request must be made before check-in. Please remember that all rooms are pre-assigned, therefore, we cannot meet the request made during or after check-in. We cannot guarantee roommate requests but we will do our best to honor them.

What items should my child bring to camp?

    Each camper must bring pillow, sheets, blanket or sleeping bag, towels, toiletries & personal items, wrestling workout clothing (3-sessions/day), wrestling shoes are Mandatory (headgear and pads are optional), running shoes and a Fan - Only for both Team Camps and Best-of-all-Worlds Camp. (Intensive Training Camp – this camp will feature A/C Dorms).

    Camper may also wish to bring alarm clock, swimsuit, and spending money for Gatorade, pizza, snacks, apparel, etc. (Available in Camp Store.)

Where and when is check-in?

    Check-in for boarding and commuters will be held on the first day of camp. Exact times and location will be provided in the camp itinerary (mailed upon receipt of enrollment form and deposit).

    Boarding Camper: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
    Commuter Camper: Lunch and Dinner Only

Will there be a medical staff at the camp?

    Yes. Our certified training staff is present at all camp functions.

Is there supervision?

    Yes. Campers are supervised by college student-athletes and recent graduates. Counselors will also be staying on every floor in the dormitory. Campers will not be permitted to travel anywhere without supervision!

Are you driving?

    You must have a parking permit if your car will remain on campus. Parking permits will be available for purchase at check-in. The cost for a parking permit is $15.

    Your car keys will be held by the camp director at check-in and returned at check-out.

Is transportation provided to and from airport?
