 All campers must have personal health insurance and receive a physical exam . Campers will also be covered by a rider insurance policy. You will be mailed medical forms and insurance information after completing and sending in your camp application. The completed forms must be returned no later than two weeks prior to start of camp. A qualified trainer will be on hand at all wrestling and technique sessions.

A front and back copy of your insurance card and your completed physical must be submitted at least two weeks prior to camp arrival. If not, please bring with you two check-in.
